Make an Offer
Once we've found the home that's perfect for you we will make an offer. The offer will either be accepted, countered or declined. Offers will typically contain conditions but don't worry, we will go through everything in detail!

Get Pre Approved
Getting pre approved is so important because it helps you set a realistic budget so you don't fall in love with a home out of your price range. The market is sometimes competitive so having pre approval makes your offer stand out over others!

Finalize Financing
Usually first time home buyer's have financing conditions, once we get the final approval from he bank, we will remove that condition and the sale will be final! Congrats!

Start your Search
We will create a custom "Portal" for you that will let you know right when homes within your criteria hit the market. When you see a home you're interested in I will set up a showing for you and we will go and take a look!

Take Possession
Possession date is set out in the offer and as of this day the home is yours!
This is the day you're officially a home owner!
